The fan/heatsink for my 5th Gen Carbon X1 was as described. The FRU was different to the original, but it works and fixed the problem with the fan buzzing.

Clear description when using the lead for the described displays. For use in other applications, it would be helpful to have a wiring description, that is "from pin X to pin y". Superb service and excellent technical support
